In 2018 i proposed to UniCredit Bank (CEE Retail division in Vienna) to design and develop a flexible, modular, cms-managed commercial landing page. Aim of this initiative was to increase the marketing capabilities offered by the Public Website in order to effectively promote the Bank’s products. Main KPI was then the increase of number of digital leads and soft-conversion rate.
in November 2018 my team started the design activities. We prepared pre-fabricated components for the needs of the different Local Bank (8 Local Banks of the CEE area) and we organised and run a co-design workshop in order to validate the list of different components, consider the local needs and define the prioritisation plan.
In march 2019 the first MVP was released (5 components).
The Flexible landing page model consists of 21 different components that ca be freely aggregated in order to create many different versions. It’s a full responsive product.
