Unified Dashboard for Bank branches


Unique dashboard for the Bank branch employees to perform in a faster and smarter way the most frequent and important tasks for customers (eg: client on-boarding / account opening, reissuing of the cards, …). It features a two-sides interface, for customers facing operations and for task management / branch activities. My team (1 ux designer, 1 ui designer, 2 front-end developers) defined the entire experience for the final users, including the front-end code.

Main activities which i carried out:

  • User research in the branches of 9 countries (interviews, task observation, role playing)
  • – Ux Concept design
  • Lead and coordination of the UX/UI & front-end team
  • – Support for the preparation of Business specifications.

 

 

Main Achievements (new Current Account opening)

Before: 60 min ca. required time, 8 different applications, 6 different paper contracts to sign (17 signatures requested to customers.

After: 15 min ca required time, 1 application, 0 paper contracts to sign.
