How I Create Impact
I believe great products start with understanding what people are trying to achieve, not simply with designing interfaces.
My career has evolved from hands-on UX and Interaction Design to shaping Product Experience at a broader organizational and strategic level.
Today, I work across the full spectrum of product experience — from understanding customer needs and defining the right problems to solve, to designing solutions, validating them with users and data, and creating the teams, systems and processes needed to make great experiences scale.
My approach is grounded in User Experience, but extends across three interconnected areas:
Product & Experience Strategy: helping organizations understand customer needs, identify opportunities and translate them into clear product direction, priorities and experiences.
Data, AI & Intelligent Experiences: using research, behavioral data and emerging technologies to design simpler products, smarter workflows and experiences that help people navigate complexity and make better decisions.
Design Leadership & Organizations: building multidisciplinary teams, establishing design practices and systems, and aligning Product, Engineering and Business around customer-centered outcomes.
I combine hands-on product expertise, strategic thinking and leadership to bridge the gap between customer needs, business objectives and technology.
