Selected Works
A selection of projects spanning Product Strategy, AI, Design Systems and Platform Experiences. The projects below highlight some of the themes that have shaped my work over the years. A broader portfolio, including additional case studies and project details, when not protected under NDA, is available in the All Works section and can be shared upon request.
Building an AI-Powered Product Discovery Engine
At Adverity, I led the design of an AI-powered product discovery system aimed at continuously identifying customer problems, uncovering product opportunities and supporting roadmap prioritization.

As customer insights became increasingly fragmented across research repositories, support channels, analytics platforms, documentation and product backlogs, Product Managers spent significant time gathering information before being able to make informed decisions.
The solution combines signals from across the organization—including customer research, support tickets, product analytics, Jira, documentation and customer conversations—into a unified AI-powered discovery pipeline.
A network of AI agents analyzes and synthesizes these inputs, identifies recurring patterns and generates evidence-based opportunity briefs containing customer impact, supporting evidence, root causes and potential solution directions.
Product leaders review, validate and prioritize the generated opportunities before they enter the roadmap, transforming product discovery from a manual and reactive process into a scalable and continuously running decision-support system.
Making Marketing Data Pipelines Understandable
At Adverity, I led the design team responsible for creating the company’s first adaptive Home Experience. The solution transformed the platform entry point into a centralized operational hub, providing end-to-end visibility across marketing data pipelines, accelerating key workflows and supporting customers throughout their onboarding journey.

Before this initiative, users landed directly on operational screens without a clear overview of their workspace, data flows or platform status. Understanding where data originated, how it was transformed and where it was consumed required navigating multiple areas of the product.
The team designed a new adaptive Home Experience that introduced a visual representation of the entire marketing data pipeline, allowing users to understand data lineage, monitor system health and quickly identify issues affecting data flows.
The homepage also surfaced shortcuts to the most critical user workflows, such as creating data streams, managing workspace configurations and onboarding activities, reducing friction for both new and experienced users.
Three different homepage variants were designed to adapt to customer maturity and onboarding progress. New customers received educational content and setup guidance, while mature users were presented with operational insights, monitoring tools and system status information.
