On Tuesday December 9, 2019, I was with my team at the hashtagUXTalk meet-up to introduce the process and tools we used to work for a bank that manages local branches across eight countries.
Knowing the company culture, the organisational structure, and each stakeholder is crucial to understand how and where design can bring value.
Nothing can be taken for granted when you work across different countries because our culture doesn’t apply to others necessarily. It’s only by recognising these two factors that you can design experiences and design systems that can successfully scale up and adapt to the different contexts.
